- 0.75 ozlemon juice
- 0.5 ozsimple syrup
- 0.75 ozegg white
- Rinseabsinthe

Dry shake all ingredients except absinthe.

Add ice and shake again.

Rinse coupe with absinthe and strain cocktail in.
