Bijou
The Bijou — French for 'jewel' — combines gin (diamond), green Chartreuse (emerald), and sweet vermouth (ruby). It’s spirit-forward, herbal, and strikingly complex.
Ingredients
- 1 ozgin
- 1 ozgreen Chartreuse
- 1 ozsweet vermouth
Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

Stir until well chilled.
