Bald Head
A martini slightly mellowed with the inclusion of sweet vermouth and a touch of pastis. London dry gin is an excellent choice here for a classic taste, and Pernod fills the pastis need well.
Ingredients
- 1.5ozgin
- 1 ozsweet vermouth
- 1 ozdry vermouth
- dashpastis
Garnishlemon twist
Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
