Gold Rush
The Gold Rush is a modern classic that proves three ingredients can strike cocktail gold. Born in the early 2000s at NYC’s Milk & Honey bar, this drink is a whiskey-based riff on the Bee’s Knees, made with bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup. The result is bright, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet—like a whiskey sour that grew up and got a great job. It’s cozy enough for winter, yet refreshing enough for summer—a year-round crowd-pleaser.
