- 0.75 ozraspberry syrup
- 0.5 ozlemon juice
- 0.5 ozegg white
Directions

Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) to emulsify.

Add ice and shake again until chilled and frothy.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
