Zombie
A legendary tiki drink and certified face-melter, the Zombie combines multiple rums with citrus, spice, and a hint of fire. Invented by Donn Beach in the 1930s, it's so potent that many menus still limit you to just two.
Ingredients
- 1 ozlight rum
- 1 ozdark rum
- 1 ozoverproof rum
- 0.75 ozlime juice
- 0.5 ozgrapefruit juice
- 0.5 ozcinnamon syrup
Directions

Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake briefly to chill.

Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wheel, and (optional) flaming lime shell.
