A 19th-century favorite with sherry, sugar, citrus, and crushed ice. Light, nutty, and endlessly drinkable.
Ingredients
- 3 ozDry sherry
- 0.5 ozsimple syrup
- 2 wedgesorange peel

Muddle orange and syrup in shaker.
