Bloody Mary
Part hangover cure, part liquid brunch, the Bloody Mary is a cocktail that does it all. This savory, spicy classic dates back to the 1920s and combines vodka, tomato juice, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and spices for a bold, umami-packed experience. Whether you like it mild or with enough heat to wake the dead, it’s endlessly customizable and often served with an over-the-top garnish (shrimp, bacon, or a whole cheeseburger, anyone?). It’s the only cocktail that’s socially acceptable before noon—and we love it for that.
