  White rum

  Lime juice
• 0.5 oz
  Simple syrup
• 8–10
  Mint leaves
• Top
  Soda water

Garnish

• mint sprig

Directions

1. Muddle mint and syrup in a glass.
2. Add lime, rum, and crushed ice.
3. Top with soda and garnish with mint sprig.
