Irish Coffee

Equal parts cocktail and caffeinated hug, the Irish Coffee is a timeless classic that blends hot coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar, and a float of lightly whipped cream. Invented in the 1940s at an Irish airport to warm up weary travelers, it quickly gained international fame—especially after being adopted (and perfected) by San Francisco’s Buena Vista Café. Rich, smooth, and just boozy enough to make you feel extra cozy, it’s perfect for brunch, dessert, or any time you want your caffeine with a kick.
