Ingredients

  Prosecco
• 0.75 oz
  Elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz
  Soda water
• 3–4
  Mint leaves

Garnish

Directions

1. Add mint to a wine glass and fill with ice.
2. Pour in elderflower liqueur and Prosecco.
3. Top with soda and gently stir.
4. Garnish with mint and lime wheel.
