Born in the early 2000s at NYC’s Milk & Honey bar, this drink is a whiskey-based riff on the Bee’s Knees, made with bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup.     bourbon
  • 1oz
    honey syrup
  • .75oz
    lemon juice

Garnish

  • lemon slice

Directions

  1. Add the bourbon, honey syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
  3. Garnish with a lemon slice.
