Ingredients

  • 750 ml
    Red wine
  • 1 cup
    Brandy
  • 0.5 cup
    Sugar
  • 1/4 cup
    Raisins
  • 1/4 cup
    Blanched almonds
  • To taste
    Spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)

Garnish

Directions

  1. Combine wine, brandy, sugar, spices in pot.
  2. Warm gently — do not boil.
  3. Add raisins and almonds.
  4. Simmer for 20 mins, serve hot in mugs.
