A pre-Prohibition classic made with gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and egg white. Fruity, frothy, and surprisingly modern.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz
    Gin
  • 0.75 oz
    Raspberry syrup
  • 0.5 oz
    Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz
    Egg white

Garnish

  • raspberry

Directions

  1. Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) to emulsify.
  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled and frothy.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a raspberry.
