Ingredients

• 1.5 oz
  light rum
• 0.5 oz
  blue curaçao
• 1 oz
  pineapple juice
• 1 oz
  cream of coconut

Garnish

• pineapple wedge
• cherry

Directions

1. Add ingredients to a shaker with ice
2. Shake well until chilled and frothy.
3. Strain into a hurricane glass or tiki mug over fresh crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
