Harvey Wallbanger

The Harvey Wallbanger is the groovy lovechild of a Screwdriver and a float of Galliano, and it’s got the backstory—and the swagger—to match. Created (or at least marketed) in the 1970s, it mixes vodka, orange juice, and a splash of Galliano, a sweet, herbal Italian liqueur with notes of vanilla and anise. Legend has it Harvey was a surfer who banged into walls after drinking too many… but even if that’s just clever marketing, this drink is pure retro sunshine in a glass.
