A sharp and drier Negroni riff made with dry vermouth instead of sweet. Aperitif-perfect and elegantly bitter.
Ingredients
- 1 ozgin
- 1 ozcampari
- 1 ozdry vermouth
Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

Stir until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
